Rocco Forte’s, The Balmoral in Edinburgh and Gleneagles resort are promoting a Taste of Scotland package this autumn. For “a true Scottish gourmet experience.” stay for two-nights in each hotel.

Glin Castle in County Limerick, Ireland, has been voted as Tripadvisors top ten castle stay in the world. Sitting on the banks of the River Shannon, Castle Glin is open as a hotel between March and November and may be rented with its 500 acres and full compliment of staff for weddings and small functions.
